Lightning & Hody
We are again able to make use of Tonbridge Canoe Club's excellent facilities and river.
The river at Tonbridge is relatively small, and therefore the race will be run in two stages (as at Wey or Elmbridge). The lower divisions will race first at 11am and higher divisions at 1pm.
Please park in the Lower Castle Fields car park adjacent to Tonbridge Swimming Pool. This is signposted from Tonbridge High Street.

Check in from 09.30 onwards to half an hour before start of race at 11 am for Divisions 7 - 9 K1, 7 - 9 K2, Lightnings & Hody.
Check in from 10.30 onwards to half an hour before start of race at 1 pm for Divisions 1 - 6 K1, 4 - 6 K2
Refreshments for competitors and spectators, will be available to purchase.
All division 7 - 9, Lightning & Hody paddlers must wear approved buoyancy aids, and their use is recommended for all under 16's.
Upright number plates will be required for all classes.
Prizes will be presented to 1st, 2nd & 3rd in each class subject to entries.
Trophies will be presented to Top Club, Junior Male and Junior Lady.

All entries must include the paddlers BCU number and ranking.
Seniors £7 per seat, £12 on the day.
Juniors £5 per seat, £10 on the day.
Lightnings £2.50 per seat on the day.
Event fee (£5) payable for non-BCU members. (Not available for Div 1-6).
